Clean and Detox your Body

If you want to lose weight quickly, and get rid your body of toxins, lemon detox diet, (also known like Master Cleanse) that involves consuming nothing, but a concoction of fresh lemon (or lime) juice, real maple syrup, cayenne pepper and water for 10 days or more, is right here (from the mid-20th century).

The idea of lemon detox plan is that it rid your body of accumulated toxins and waste products and there’s a psychological appeal to the idea that we can clean our insides, that's why it’s still popular today. Lemon detox diet is also the latest trend because celebrities are using it to stay skinny.

But, anyway, it's hard to keep lemon detox even for some days, so for many people the best way to detox is to eat foods that naturally flush out the system. If you want to drop the pounds, you must limit foods that wear down your body, like alcohol, caffeine, sugar and processed foods - and add nutrient-rich foods that can rebuild your system; kale, berries, artichokes, carrots, apples, avocado, brown rice, oatmeal and nuts.

Dairy products, cereals, refined sugars, refined vegetable oils, and alcohol make up around three fourth of the overall daily energy consumed by all people in the United States. These types of foods would have play a little or none role in our diet some centuries ago. Simply leaving them out may contribute more to your health than any diet can offer, (including lemon detox diet).
